Mishkāh (“the App”) is developed by Baraa Ali. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App uses and how it is handled.
Summary
Mishkāh is designed to keep your data on your device whenever possible. We do not create user accounts, and we do not sell your personal information.
Information we use
- Location (When In Use): Used only to calculate and display prayer times for your area. Location is requested with your permission.
- Screen Time / App blocking (optional): If you choose Focus while reading, the App may use Apple’s Screen Time / Family Controls features to temporarily limit selected apps on your device. This happens on your device under your control.
- App activity stored on device: Prayer marks (on time / late / missed), garden progress, reading preferences, favorites, and similar settings are saved locally on your iPhone.
- Network requests: The App may contact prayer-time and content services (for example prayer timings or optional translation data) to show information in the App. These requests use only what is needed to fetch that content.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not use your data for advertising profiles.
- We do not require an account or login.
Data retention
Local app data remains on your device until you delete the App or clear it from within the App (for example reset options, where available).
Children’s privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. Do not provide personal information of children through the App.
Your choices
- You can deny or revoke location permission in iOS Settings.
- You can choose not to use Focus / Screen Time features.
- You can delete the App to remove locally stored data from your device.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.

- Nätverksanrop: Appen kan kontakta tjänster för bönetider och innehåll (till exempel bönetider eller valfri översättningsdata) för att visa information i Appen.
Vad vi inte gör
- Vi säljer inte din personliga data.
- Vi använder inte din data för reklamprofiler.
- Vi kräver inget konto eller inloggning.
